Cache Instructions

"Cacheman: It has been a very long winter. Muggle has not pulled one of his schemes in many months. While many cachers have been awaiting spring, Muggle has not stopped. He and his evil Muggle henchmen have intentionally buried caches, made misleading footprints, and harassed cachers. Hurry Cacheman! Don't let Muggle get away with it!"
