Another series of 'Ponders' where each cache, where possible, contains a homily to ponder on your way. There are twelve caches on a 4.5 mile route. Park in the lay-by near The New Inn, Cropthorne, on the main A4084 between Pershore and Evesham. From here walk back towards Pershore on the main road and cross to follow the Wychavon Way heading south. The route goes out towards the hamlet of Netherton and returns via Smokey Lane.
The first part of the level walk follows the Wychavon way and then there are clear footpaths and bridle ways, old green lanes, streams, and wonderful open views to Bredon Hill, and the Malverns. Some stiles, all dog-friendly. The local farming is mostly sheep so you may meet a few.
