Olivia has been talking more than ever, yet sometimes
the words dont seem to make sense when strung together. Olivia
insists that she has placed a geocache, though I have not found it,

There are a few things that Olivia has told me, which I can pass on

It is a small cache, about the size of a small pencil.
The cache has enough room for a log only.
There are times that the location is filled with muggles, and times
that it is completely empty.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates.
It is within 3 miles of the posted location.
She knows, and admits freely, that this puzzle idea was spawned
from another persons puzzle.
