Voici une courte et jolie promenade à partir de Plagne Village
qui peut s'effectuer aussi bien en été qu'en hiver :
Du parking , se rendre à la bergerie (l'été visite de la
fabrication du beaufort tous les jours vers 18h), puis suivre à
flanc en direction du plateau du Dou du Praz.
La cache est à la lisière de la forêt.
Ne pas manquer le panorama sur le Beaufortain, le Mont-Blanc et les
stations d’altitude de la Plagne.
Descendre par le sentier qui serpente dans la forêt d'arolles (pins
cembro) et de mélèzes en direction de Plagne Centre. Dès les
premières chaleurs (mars), les premières fleurs apparaissent sur ce
versant ensoleillé, soldanelles, gentianes ...
De Plagne Centre, on peut rejoindre le parking en prenant la
navette pour Plagne Village ou en prenant le télébus.
On peut aussi accéder au plateau du Dou du Praz depuis Plagne
Bellecôte et rentrer par la navette Plagne Centre – Plagne
Bellecôte.

From the parking, go to the barn (In summer, visits the
manufacturing of the beaufort every day at about 6 pm), then return
towards the plateau of the Dou du Praz.
The cache is on the edge of the forest.
Do not miss the panorama of the Beaufort, Mont Blanc and the
altitude resorts of La Plagne.
Go down the path that winds through the forest of arolla pines and
larches in the direction of Plagne Centre. From the first heat
(March), the first flowers appear on the sunny side, Soldanella,
gentians ...
from Plagne Centre, we can reach the parking by taking the shuttle
to Plagne Village or telebus.
We can also access the Dou du Praz plateau from Plagne Bellecôte
and return by shuttle Plagne Centre - Plagne Bellecôte.
