Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of presidential caches.

These caches will come in a variety of sizes, difficulties and terrains. They will be placed all across the area. Hopefully everyone will enjoy finding them.

James Polk was the eleventh U.S. president. He was born on November 2, 1795 in a farmhouse in North Carolina. He died on June 15, 1849, just 3 months after leaving office. He was president from March 4, 1845 until March 4, 1849. He was affiliated with the Democratic party. He was only 49 years old when he took office, making him the youngest U.S. president up until that time.

This cache should be fairly easy to find, but could be a little tough getting to during certain times of the year. It could be wet in the area, and there could be plenty of thorns during the summer. Please be sure that you rehide the cache at least as well as it was hidden when you found it.

NOTE: This cache is in the PA Gamelands. Please be sure to where orange during hunting season.
