Recently, while on a caching expedition to collect exotic travel bugs, Team Scarabus (TS, a team consisting of newbee cachers Jupiter and Legrand) found a piece of parchment half buried in the ground along with long archived geocache. Being good cachers, they removed the scrap in order to CITO it. However, just prior to tossing it in a waste barrel, they noticed a set of unusual characters written on the sheet.
Although the handwriting was abysmal, TS recognized it as a message in cipher, and brought it to me for analysis. I couldn't make much sense of it, so I'll pass it along to the rest of the caching community for their amusement.
