Vitamin Bottle hidden near the intersection that leads to Wadi Rum and Disi
This is a favorite place our family likes to go and picnic. There is a small sand dune here where we can picnic and the kids can play in the sand. It is fun to watch the locals drive across the sand and on one occasion we were run off by a group of camels. It is near the Wadi Rum/Disi intersection. The road that the cache is off of actually goes down to the Wadi Rum Visitor Center.
Just park on the side of the road as this road can be somewhat busy. Also, locals in their 4-wheel drives can be seen cutting across the desert at all angles. Do NOT try this without the proper vehicle as the sand can be very soft.
