A Sign From God.
You will find this cache in Phillips neighborhood at the site of the Norwegian Lutheran Memorial Church, also known as Mindekirken. I've visited this area since I was born. My parents were married here, this is where I had my baptism and Confirmation and its really changed a lot over the years. Especially in the last 5 years. The city has really made lots of improvements to clean up the neighborhood, like fixing the streets, signs, bus stops, buildings, adding a supermarket and sculptures, banks and the church expanded and made many improvements also.
Ive been given permission to place this cache on the church property by the President of the church (my Step Mother). I even placed it with my dad who is the treasurer of the church.
When searching for the cache watch for old Norwegian people. If they see you walking around looking suspicious they may go crazy. So be aware of how you look. Get in and out quick and everything will be ok. Good Luck Hunting!
