Frank has had a long day, from his hectic work schedule to his crazy kids waiting for him at home...

Tonight, they had a babysitter for the kids, so Frank had planned a nice evening out with his wife, just some quiet, relaxing time for the both of them. He took off from work at 4 to meet up with his wife at 5. Barely one minute into his drive, he got a text from his wife which read, "ITS TIME MEET ME U KNOW WHERE --- CU L8TR LUV U" Oh Oh! This was way too soon! Time for a different route now, Frank decided to cut over to 2nd street and catch the freeway going northbound. Drat, rush hour was in full swing and at the rate he was crawling along, he'd never make it there in time. He decided to take exit 6 and head over to Railroad Ave and take that north to catch up with his wife. He was beginning to make up some lost time and soon could see his goal in sight! Three more traffic lights to go and then he could scoot into the parking ramp at his destination. As Frank entered the parking garage his next problem became very apparent. As he spiraled up the ramp, every level was full with the gate down, forcing him up to the next level. Finally at Level 9 (yes, I know this is a very BIG parking ramp), he has able to enter and find a spot to park. A quick check at the receptionist's desk, gave him the info he needed to find his wife. After taking the elevator up three floors and bursting into the room, he finally caught up with his wife. Seeing him finally rush in, she exclaimed, "They couldn't wait for you, Honey, they're already here!". "They?, and Where?", Frank stammered as he did a 360º look about the room. "They're right across the hall." said his wife, "Go say 'Hello' to children seven and eight, another baby boy and girl!"
