I've been wanting to bring some additional caches to the downtown area for those visiting , or not!
GPS may bounce a bit. Geosenses may help.
I gave this a 3 star difficulty because at certain times you will have to use EXTREME STEALTH!!
UPDATE 11/15/2014- I WILL NOT LONGER ACCEPT ANY FINDS WITHOUT SIGNING THE LOG. If you cannot search stealthily, find stealthily, and replace stealthily, go look for another nearby cache. Just sayin.
