Geocache Description:

A True W.V. Geocacher 2 …. enjoys becoming one with the elements.

Earth, wind, water and fire form the primary essence of caching in the WV wilderness. While “A True W.V. Geocacher 1 ….” (GC2BK2V) required up-close and personal inspection of earth, and that which springs forth from the earth, A True W.V. Geocacher 2 … will bring us close acquaintance with one of the other 3 elements.

Warning: Definitely not a park and grab. Depending on the recent weather conditions the difficulty may vary. No specialized equipment necessary … but some may prefer some protection before becoming “one with the elements.”

This is a multi-cache with an easy first stage. Depending upon the time of year there may be high muggle activity around this stage and stealth may be required. Most of the time this will not be a factor. Please replace as found. This stage is a small Lock-and-Lock and contains the coordinates for Stage 2.

Stage 2 is a bit more challenging with an unusual, natural, “non-container” that holds nothing but displays the coordinates for the Final Stage. When you find it you will notice that it is on a short leash so be prepared to copy down the final coordinates – perhaps with an element proof writing utensil. Please replace as (or better than) found.

The Final Stage is located in a beautiful area that I feel is truly magical … unless the weather has been ….. never mind!

Some suggestions: Daylight hours only! I am guessing that this will take some geocachers several hours to complete so please leave enough time to complete it before dark. Please watch your footing and cache safely!

Enjoy!!

Congratulations to Buck dog for FTF - he definitely became "one with the elements" and spent several days searching with success on the the 3rd day - thanks for being a True WV Geocacher!!!
