Rest up Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Go catch: As there is no longer a relevant hiding place left to suit the original hide I am reluctantly archiving this one. Although there is one tree left out of the original five, it is not really suitable to hide there due to the shrubbery around its base. I do not want to place another cache randomly nearby for the sake of keeping it going, so the only option is to archive.

Geocache Description:

Cache placed to coincide with my first organised event.

This area used to be part of the old Rover works car manufacturing facility, specifically the Assembly build area. At it's peak there were over 20,000 workers employed by the car manufacturer. Today, the sight over the road is owned by BMW building the MINI and there are approximately 4,300 workers. The cache area now houses one of the Beefeater range of restuarants/hotels called the 'The Longwall'. I chose this location to hold my first event as the bar area is relatively large and did not require me to book dining tables as most food pubs would on a Sunday afternoon.
Although the hint was designed to be cryptic I have just modified it slightly to make it a bit easier and more in line with the difficulty rating. I thought it would be nice to scan and show the first logbook that was almost full as soon as the cache went live.
I requested for this to go live at 2pm, which is when the event was due to start. It was actually found and subsequently signed the previous night by a number of cachers, but I don't think I will be deleting their logs somehow.
The reason for this is that the FTF was actually Jeremy (the founder of Groundspeak), followed by Bryan and Elias (the co-founders). The next names on the list were a number of reviewers which you may recognise.

FTF - Jeremy Irish (Founder of Groundspeak)

Please do not remove from its fastening device, just pop the lid leaving the base attached. If you are unable to do this due to height restrictions, please take a photo of you at the cache sight and send to me for verification before logging a find.
