Travel Bug Rules >>
Here's what you need to do to ensure that the trackables you bring to the event are routed TOWARD their intended destinations rather than being randomly scattered about the state when everyone departs the event.
Since this isn't exactly an international event, I have simplified the routing from the system I designed for GW4 that is now in use at most MEGA events. The trackable system for TC 2011 goes like this:
First off, please put the trackables you bring into a ziploc baggie and make sure it is sealed tightly.

Considering Huntsville as the origination point mark your trackable's baggie with one of the following destinations considering where it should head from Huntsville to stay on track:
North
South
East
West
Any or Task
There will be a labeled bin for each of these destinations plus one extra for unlabled trackables, because there is always a few who don't get the memo.
The same ticket system will be in place that is used at MEGA events with one ticket per trackable, but in this case THERE WILL BE A PRIZE DRAWING with the tickets that will be held during the lunch announcements. You do not need to be present to win. Winning numbers will be posted through the Sunday morning CITO event.
