The old forgotten Purpan castle and its windmill
Une petite visite au château oublié de Purpan s'impose, vous y découvrirez derrière la vieille batisse un ancien pigeonnier converti en moulin (ou ce qu'il en reste). L'endroit fut la résidence des du Barry au XVIIIe siècle et est reste maintenant à l'abandon. Le domaine s'étendait depuis le château jusqu'à l'endroit occupé maintenant par l'hôtel Novotel, de l'autre côté du centre commercial, avec des vignes d'où l'on tirait même un petit vin.
La cache se situe à l'extérieur.

How about a visit to the forgotten Purpan castle ? There you will find an old dovecote converted into a windmill (or what remains of it). The place used to be the house of du Barry family in the 18th century and is now totally neglected.
The castle property used to spread up to the place where is now located Novotel hotel, behind the commercial center. There even were vineyards from which a little wine was made.
The cache is located outside, don't try to enter any of the buildings.
