It has been brought to my attention that this cache is inside the boundary of the Erie National Wildlife Refuge, as indicated by the map http://www.fws.gov/refuge/erie/map.html found at the Erie National Wildlife Refuge website.
Geocaches are not allowed at national wildlife refuges without express permission from authorized personnel who manage the refuge. As there is no indication of such permission I am archiving this cache page. I can unarchive this cache page if you can demonstrate that permission has been obtained.
