Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden along the bike path running along the east side on Manning Ave. No. Cache contains the usual log and pencil. An unactivated “First to Find” Geocoin awaits the first person to find it. The path is lightly traveled so muggles should not present a major problem.

The cache is hidden between the bike path and Manning Avenue and you don’t need to set foot on Manning to find it. The cache is not on or in the nearby telephone equipment. Parking would be best about 700’ south of GZ on Liberty Avenue as Manning is posted “No Parking” and traffic is really moving in this stretch. Manning is a long street, stretching from Hastings in the south to Forest Lake in the north. In 2008 it was widened and new traffic lights installed. It’s probably one of the oldest roads in the county and started out as a dirt path. NOTE 6/13/2020 - This cache has been removed for maintenance. A kind fellow geocacher has placed an alternate cache at this location so your finds can still be logged.
