As always it is a good idea to bring your own pen.
This is the second in a series of caches entitled 'Indee Dead Ends.' This is pretty self-explanatory if you kept going on this road you'd get really wet. The neat thing about this spot is that this is the where they measure the official level of the Wapsipinicon river. The record high was 22.35 ft on 05/18/1999 and the record low was 0.00 ft on 01/01/1934.
You're looking for a lip balm container. More micro than small.
