While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for the cache owner and block other cachers from placing a cache in the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can’t do so forever.

Nothing seems to happen with this cache listing, so it is now archived, so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if it hasn’t been done already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

If the owner wants it reopened, send me an e-mail and I’ll be happy to unarchive the cache listing if it still satisfies the requirement/guidelines.

(This reviewer note is in English so non-Norwegian cache owners, geocachers and cache reviewers can understand what it says.)

Tysvær kano- og kajakklubb

Klubben ble stiftet i 1983 og har gjennom mye dugnad og entusiasme vokst frem som en av de større i sitt slag i Norge. Flere av klubbens utøvere har markert seg nasjonalt og internasjonalt, med bl.a. deltagelse i OL og VM. Det er i dag stor aktivitet ved klubbens lokaler som nå har status som fylkesanlegg for kajakk. Anlegget består av en 1000m bane, to klubbhus, båthus og dommertårn.

Cachen er en liten luring, men man trenger ikke sette livet til for å finne den......

The club was founded in 1983 and has since developed as one of the largest of its kind in Norway. Several of the club's athletes have distinguished themselves nationally and internationally, including participation in the Olympics and World Championships. Today there are a lot of activity at the club premises.The facility consists of a 1000m course, two clubhouses, a boathouse and a judge tower.

The cache is a bit tricky, but you don't have to risk your life to find it........
