Buttle Narrows Traditional Geocache
HB-vanislelady: Arrowanted to find this cache and I thought it was a great opportunity for some maintenance so I grabbed my gear bag to take in with us...Wasn't long before we were out in the open and I was amazed at the amount of growth. We beat our way into the cache site on a now nonexistent path. The cache and its contents were in great shape but because of the overgrowth I decided to pull it....

I really like to bring
you to places that have great views, neat spots, etc. In this cache
I have failed miserably..
However, there are lots
of possibilities here... Up to you..
I have always wondered where this road went. Now I know and you
will too. The walk is 865 m ATCF but we all know that the road is
never a direct route so figure on a 2 k return. You will have to
bushwack through the slash for the last 100 m but the ground cover
is minimal.
If you find
that the coordinates are 10-15 m or more from the cache rather than
just saying that the coordinates are out please post coordinates in
your log. If the concensus is towards a new set of coordinates then
I will change them on the cache page.
