ENG: I invite you to a former border station. For decades Hungarians could rarely cross this border, then after the political change of 1989 traffic was much bigger. The border station is abandoned since Hungary joined the Schengen zone on the 21st of December 2007.
As no guard remained at the building, it was quickly robbed of all valuables. Today it is a ghost building more kms away from the nearest village.

HUN: Az elhagyott Búcsúi határállomáshoz invitállak titeket. Az elozo rendszerben évtizedeken keresztül csak kisszámú ember léphette itt át a határt. Az 1989-es rendszerváltás után természetesen jelentosen megnott a forgalom. A határállomás 2007 December 21.-e óta elhagyatott. Magyarország ekkor csatlakozott a schengeni övezethez, és ezzel megszunt a határorizet az osztrák határon.
Mivel sajnos nem orizték az épületet, így gyorsan elraboltak minden értékeset. A határállomás ma szellemházként áll a határon kilóméterekre a legközelebbi falutól.
A jelzett weboldalon találtok egy cikket és fényképeket a határátkelo utolsó napjáról.
Kérlek, ha bármit kiveszel a ládából, tegyél be helyette egy hasonló értéku tárgyat.

DEU: Ich lade Sie zu einem früheren Grenzstation. Seit Jahrzehnten Ungarn konnte nur selten überqueren diese Grenze, dann nach der politischen Wende von 1989 Verkehr war viel größer. Die Grenzstation wird aufgegeben, da Beitritt Ungarns zum Schengen-Raum auf den 21. Dezember 2007.
Da keine Wache blieb das Gebäude, es war schnell aller Wertgegenstände beraubt. Heute ist es ein Gespenst Gebäude mehr Kilometer entfernt vom nächsten Dorf.
