dpo: I've believed for some time that the container here is actually a drop cache because people didn't see the actual hide being a magnetic under the LPC not just laying there when they lifted the cover.
Also, since the city removed the restored neon sign from Fremont St that used to be here quite a while ago, there is really no need to guide people here to see it. Thanks for all those who found it over the years-
