I like this spot in August as the seals are in getting their fill of salmon. I popped by there on the day I hid the cache and watched them play for a while on a day that only 1 cruise ship was in port.
The cache is wheel chair accessible but you will need to have quite a good reach and the ability to stay steady to grab this one. The name of the cache should give the container type away. The cache will hold geo coins but that's about it. Remember to bring a pen to sign the log.
