We thought the Gorge was
a suitably geological location for a walk and a
picnic.
Meet at
10:10 at the top of Jacob's Ladder for a walk along the top
of the Gorge to Black Rock -
- or meet us at Black Rock at noon for a picnic. The choice is
yours .....
Geoaware has
also sent us some prize
STUFF -so expect a couple of
competitions to be announced nearer the day!
Some
limited free parking is available at Black Rock Gate (head of
Cheddar Gorge)
however you
may need to go further down the gorge to find a space,
or use the village car parks if walking from Jacob's
Ladder.
