Micro cache, log only, BYOP.
This spot overlooks the Ouachita River where the old bridge one spanned the river. You can still see the old tower that stood beside the bridge. (Anyone know what it was used for?)
You will have to hunt for this one, but no place dangerous. You don't have to climb down the side of the bank or do any bushwhacking. The ground is too soft for a wheelchair.
