From the Edith Cavell Bridge, it's a 25 - 30 minute walk / hike along Oxenbridge Tunnel Road and onto the DoC track that leads to the Oxenbridge Tunnel Lookout.
The track is well marked and follows The Shotover River upstream beyond the tunnel to the lookout and a wonderful view.
Suitable footwear is recommended as at times the track may be muddy, wet or in winter icy in places!
A short uphill easy walk to a pleasant lookout with historic interest en route.
A 1 litre plastic " Click Clack " container, containing a Logbook, Pencil, Pencil Sharpener, Flashing Star, The Key To Life, Sheet Of Stickers, Beados Pyramid, Glass Sheep Fridge Magnet, Magic Travel Bead, and a Travel Bug - TRYRN9.
Placed at ground level near the lookout this cache is well hidden and not visible from the track!
