Rietekla juniper is largest juniper in Latvia, and, as far as it is known, in Europe. Girth of the trunk - 2,65 metres. Tree is very picturesque, located in meadow, at the road, its height is 8 metres. The juniper is located between Mellupe and Balozi.
To find a catch you have to go SW an approximate number of steps. To find out the number of the steps (X) you have to establish:
A - grith of the trunk of juniper;
B - height of the juniper;
C - the number of pales in fence around the juniper (including all the broken pales).
X=C-(A*B)
