Geocache Description:

This was going to be just past our nemesis cache called "the lonely cache" but as it's in NSW parks we couldn't place a cache there.
So we drove done the road until we got to the border and placed this cache instead. So 7.7k's back up Blue Range road then left at twosticks road and then left at the powerline track and you'll be at the actual puddle of death. Sorry but it worth it for 4wd fun.
The first time we attempted "the lonely cache" the road up the hill was closed for work.
So we went and played in "the puddle of death" fun was had and no damage was done although a good washing and cleaning was needed.
For a laugh check out the below link to "landcruiser submarine" on youtube. This is how the puddle of death got its name. It may look mild mannered but it's got a nasty streak. ;-)

Our second attempt we got to the cache but it was frozen under an ice ledge.
Third attempt we finally got it.

Unless your into 33inch swampers we wouldn't recommend doing the puddle of death 4wdrive area. Of course if you manage it we want to see video.
Just passed the puddle of death going up the powerline track is more puddles of death and more mud. It only gets worse from here ;-) Lots of dirty fun to be had.
