This is the first in what I hope to be a series of caches near various IRS sites.
I started working here in 1999. This operation is scheduled to move on 10/2010 to the old 30th St. Post Office. I am leaving this cache here both now and later as a memorial to all of the heartache, sweat, horror and frustration which occurred here. And that's just on the part of the employees.
It is not necessary or possible to enter the fenced compound. Stay in the public area between the fence and the street. This is a public area, but I would not advise poking around in the dark here with a flashlight.
No prickers, poison ivy or play money. Just a manicured lawn and some trees.
You can park up around the corner on Comly Rd.
There is a key light prize for FTF and some trinkets for the rest.
