Geocache Description:

The 1st Annual National Boys Scouts of America Cache In Trash Out (CITO) event was held on May 15, 2010. Local scouts participating in the clean-up hid this cache along the Ansted Rails to Trails. It was the Scouts first hide and it will be an easy one to find.

This quick adventure will take you over the trestle, under dripping cliffs and past a small man made dam. Once you find the tree of love, this cache is just a few feet away, tucked in a hole in the base of a tree. Look behind the small mound of rocks covering the hole. The cache is a drybox. You will not need to climb any rock cliffs or venture off the trail very far to find this one. Please be sure to put the lid back on tight! Let us know if you find it.

Beware of stinging nettle on your hike. If you stumble across it, use the purple jewelweed as a natural treatment.
