The given coordinates are for a large well known supermarket on the outskirts of Brighton, built on the site of the old ITT Creed buildings, which were demolished as a result of the demise of the local manufacturing industry and the onset of technology.
You do not have to go there, unless you need to go shopping, but it is a possible parking location to serve the final cache location, although it may not be the closest or easiest.
The cache is a small clip lock container with space for small swaps and coins.

The Hollingbury Industrial Estate was developed between 1946 and 1963, to give employment opportunities in the post-war period. As there was little private transport during these years, the nearby Hollingbury Council Estate was also built, providing about a thousand homes for the expected workforce.
The premises on which the superstore was built were originally let to Underwood, Elliot and Fisher, who became ITT Creed in the early 1960's, and had a floor area was in excess of 190,000 square feet.
The company used to produce teleprinters for the General Post Office, which were effectively forerunners of our current remote messaging systems such as email and internet chat, by transmitting and receiving printed message via the telephone network.
Between leaving school and starting university, I spent a year there (1978-1979) learning about industrial procedures and processes. I never did go into the manufacturing industry and that may have been a good choice as the company, having been taken over by STC, had closed down by the mid 1980's, its product now being obsolete with the growth of computer technology, and the general recession at the time. The total employment on the estate had reduced from a peak of 8000 people to under 1000 by 1980.
The superstore opened on the 9th of November 1987, leaving no trace of this former major contributor to our industrial heritage.
