I rated this terrain a 5, only because a boat is required to find the cache.
You can park at the Green Bridge next to the River Center in Hampton. Paddle approx. 2 km down the river (toward Darlings Island.) At this point you will come to a small channel on the right side of the river. Follow this until you reach the 'dam' end.
