Find Peace at the end of Glory Drive in Eagan. Peace Church
includes an Eagle Scout Service Project where a scout from Troop
453 designed, built and landscaped a fire ring for use at the
church. The project took nearly 100 hours to complete. Al Pruis,
the pastor of the church, gave permission for cachers to come view
this fine project. This is a church so do your best to be kind and
courteous. Do not disrupt parishioners during services or church
activities.
This cache is part of the "Cache to Eagle" series highlighting
service projects conducted by Eagle Scout candidates. This series
highligts Eagle Scout service projects in Chief Black Dog District
of Northern Star Council, BSA. The Chief Black Dog District
includes scout troops in the communities of Apple Valley, Eagan,
and Burnsville. This particular Eagle Scout service project was
conducted in the August of 2009 by a Boy Scout from Troop 204.
