Geocache Description:

Micro located in the State Gamelands 314. This is an extra cache I added to go along the way to "Trek to Shrek" cache.

The first part of this trail can be muddy/swampy at first. The rest is a nice flat trail.

From the parking coords head north to the trailhead. Depending upon what time of the year and the rainfall the first 40-50 yards is very muddy and wet. you can side skirt it well enough just make sure you have water proof boots. The rest of the trail is old railroad grade. The hike is a ways in there and might be around the 1/2mile range. It is a small pill container with log. There is a small amount of poison ivy near the cache. But if you have pants or long socks on you won't contact it. Also same as grabbing the cache you won't have to put your hands into it as i cleared away what i could.

I added this micro as a bonus to the "Trek to Shrek" cache as i felt bad to make everyone walk so far for just one smiley! Bug spray is recommended and ticks may be present. And since this is a gamelands certain times of the year there is hunting.

Other than the mud in the beggining this is a nice quiet hike or use a mountain bike.

Happy hunting!
