D4rchangel: Visto que nos últimos tempos não me tem sido possível a deslocação à cache para efectuar a manutenção e não sei quando o será, parece-me preferível arquivá-la. Se alguém com maior disponibilidade quiser aproveitar o sítio, estejam à vontade.

Since lately it hasn't been possible for me to travel to the cache for maintenance and I don't know when it will be, it seems preferable to archive it. If someone with greater availability wants to use this spot, be my guest.

A Aldeia das Chaminés é um recanto calmo e agradável do Algarve, muito perto da praia e bares de Carvoeiro, mas suficientemente longe de toda a confusão para garantir uma estadia calma. Tendo começado como um aldeamento turístico, o negócio foi eventualmente abandonado e o aldeamento convertido numa urbanização. Hoje em dia a Aldeia é uma urbanização comum, as casas usadas para habitação normal, quer dos próprios donos ou para aluguer sazonal.
Apreciem a calma do sítio e, claro, a cache!

Aldeia das Chaminés (Chimney Village) is a calm and nice corner of the Algarve, very close to the beach and bars of Carvoeiro, but far enough from all the ruckus to guarantee a calm stay. Having started as a tourist resort, the business was eventually abandoned and the resort converted into a normal housing neighborhood. Nowadays, it is a common neighborhood, the houses being used for normal living, whether by the owners or for seasonal rental.
Enjoy the calm place and, of course, the cache!
