The posted coordinates are your starting point, journey up to the second floor and locate door number 7. From there you won't be far from the UPS store.
When you arrive at the UPS store, there are a set of mailboxes. The boxes are divided into 6 panels containing a certain number of boxes per panel. Locate the correct box number to solve for the final. For reference panel 1 is the upper left panel.
Third panel clockwise, row 2, column 2. Reverse last 2 numbers for AB.
First panel clockwise, row 1, column 4. Last number is C.
Fourth panel clockwise, row 1, column 5. Last number is D.
