I consider Sase Mc-T to be a geo-teacher, hence an "Apple" (in
this case, a rotten apple) for the teacher. Through their hides I
learned what I call the "Sase Mc-T Rules about hiding a micro." (I
do actually call it this, in my head at least!)
1. Hide it, don't place it.
2. Do something new and different.
3. Hide it close to parking and with flat terrain so that if you
don't find it you can easily come back as often as you need.
4. Give it a nice one word title that means something but whose
meaning is deceptive and isn't obvious until after you find it. (In
this case I added an adjective given the circumstances).
The cache is hidden on a lesser traveled area of Tryon Park. It
is meant to be challenging, but not as challenging as its
predecessor. The challenge in this one is my horrible satellite
signal so give yourself at least a 20 foot radius (sorry, I did try
to average them-and will accept improvements if they are way off).
Please do your best to rehide as you found it.
In the spring/summer/fall there may be teenage muggles around
riding their dirt bikes or baseball close by. You will also enjoy
the soft hum of I-590, where, incidently, you should not park.
There is a lammy and a feeling of accomplishment for the
FTF.
Congratulations to hjathome for the FTF...and to the honoree
for again coming up one short at STF!
