Geocache Description:

The cache is located off the Mason Dixon trail in the very scenic and rugged Apollo park. The location overlooks the convergence of two streams in a forest filled with hardwoods, hemlocks, ferns, and soft mossy rocks...just kidding. There are no soft rocks in PA. Once at GZ, you can really get an appreciation for how pretty this place is. Bushwhacking between caches is not allowed, not required, and would take you into a whole other world of difficulty.

Please exercise caution and common sense when seeking this cache. The terrain rating is based on the easiest approach but could become substantially harder so scout your route and turn back if you feel uncomfortable. The area up to and around GZ has loose rocks. In particular, there is a large loose one adjacent to the cache so use three points of contact! Heavy tree cover in the area may affect accuracy. Go slow and the GPS should settle out. Use the cache name and the hint.

Area is open to hunting so wear your blaze orange. Trail access is located at the end of Boyd Rd. Have fun and be safe!
