Puisqu'il n'y a pas eu de maintenance dans un laps de temps raisonnable, j'archive cette cache définitivement.

Cette cache vous est proposée par « Montilly Patrimoine », association dont l'objectif est de vous faire découvrir les richesses de la commune et de ses environs.
Admirez le château de Laugère connu depuis le XIII ème siècle. Son nom devait s'orthographier l'Augère, il est à rapprocher du bas latin « augia » signifiant pacage assez marécageux. Au XVIII ème siècle, le château est encore entouré de douves remplies d'eau.
En 1301, « Johans de Laugère, damiseaux », rendit aveu de sa « maison de Laugère et les appartinences de celle mayson... prés, bois, terres gagniables, estang (étang), garenne, homes, talles (tailles) et cens, et aygues (eaux) et moulins et toutes austres chouses ». Il était suzerain d'une dizaine d'arrière-vassaux (dont plusieurs à Rez : Ray à Bagneux). La famille de Laugère paraît s'être ensuite installée à Agonges, au château duquel elle donna son nom.
Laugère à Montilly entra en possession d'une famille d'Aubigny, dont la dernière représentante avait épousé Simonin Guérillon qui prêta l'hommage en son nom en 1350 puis en 1367.
Un avocat moulinois y habitat en 1666.
A la Révolution, le seigneur de Laugère était Pierre Legros, également propriétaire de La Queune à Neuvy. Il a été guillotiné à Lyon le 31/12/1793 avec d'autres seigneurs de la commune. Sa veuve parvient néanmoins à récupérer le domaine pour ses enfants.
La demeure actuelle a remplacé une maison de plaisance située sur une ancienne motte autrefois fortifiée. Elle est constituée d'un corps de logis à deux niveaux et niveau de comble, avec rez de chaussée surélevé. Deux tours rondes à trois niveaux flanquent les angles de la façade.
De l'autre coté de la route départementale, une croix se dresse portant ses raisins.

Admire the castle Laugère known since the thirteenth century. His name was spelled as Augère, is related to the Late Latin "augia" meaning enough grazing marsh. In the eighteenth century, the castle is still surrounded by a moat filled with water.
In 1301, "Johans Laugère, damiseaux, made confession of his" house Laugère and appartinences Mayson of the ... meadows, woods, land gagniables, pond (pond), warren, homes, tillers (sizes) and hundred and Aygues (water) and mills and all Australian chouse. He was lord of a ten-vassals (many Ground: Ray Bagneux). The family seems to have subsequently Laugère Agonges installed at the castle which gave it its name.
Laugère to Montilly came into possession of a family of Aubigny, whose last representative was married Simonin Guérillon who lent his name in the tribute in 1350 and again in 1367.
A lawyer will moulinoise habitat in 1666.
During the Revolution, the lord of Laugeri was Pierre Legros, also owns The Queune in Neuvy. He was guillotined in Lyon on 31/12/1793 with other lords of the town. His widow was nevertheless able to recover the area for his children.
The present house replaced a villa situated on an ancient mound once fortified. It consists of a main building with two levels and peak levels, with ground floor elevation. Two round towers at three levels flank angles of the facade.
On the other side of the road there is a cross with grapes.
