This cache is on private property just off Weir Pond trail and has been placed with permission of the property owners.
Please stay close to the trail, as you won't have to enter the yard. You may feel fairly exposed in winter, so bone up on your sneaky skills! This is my first cache, and any comments are not only welcome but appreciated!
You should park at the Weir Farm Art Center lot on Nod Hill Road. Weir Pond trail starts about 100 yards north of the lot on the east side of the road. The trail is well marked and suitable for children, although parts may be muddy after extreme rain.
Initial contents of the cache are mostly typical, kid-oriented swag, but there is a wide-mouthed water bottle for the FTF. I hope you enjoy the walk and maybe even try out a few of the other nearby trails. Happy caching!
