The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center

Geocache Description:

A quick roadside cache at a favorite plane-spotting site.

A few this year ago this was the access road to a small military base. With the building of the new interchange the buildings had to make place for the bridge and access roads.

The small road with access from Pomona road has become an area where you can buy pot plants and ornaments etc.

It is also a good place for plane spotting. When you do the cache please load a photo of a plane flying over.

P.S. The reason for the name: Whenever we drive past my wife wants to tickle a planes as they fly over because of the closeness.
