This cache is a small industrial nail box wrapped in duct tape. You can park by a nearby driveway (but not in it), and walk up the driveway for a few yards and turn onto an ATV path along the hydro line.
DO NOT CLIMB THE CLIFF/HOP OVER FENCE!
EDIT: My family has since sold the property this geocache sits on to our family friend. I will not be able to maintain it as often as I could when we still owned the property. If there are any maintenance problems please let me know ASAP and I will take care of it next time we visit the area.
