What is a GRC?
When you pass a few hundred caches you either will love them or hate them. Like the lamp skirt caches, the famous "Guard Rail Cache" is good for smiley numbers if that is what your caching style is, but every now and then there is a little fun twist. Guess what this one is! You can park next to it!
