Geocache Description:

A few miles upstream of Oxford, the Thames (or Isis) is a gentle meandering river generally well-contained within its banks. A couple of miles south of the city, everything looks the same and the river continues towards the sea as though nothing had happened. In between it becomes unbraided and splits into numerous secondary 'riverlets, many of which are called Streams, hence the title for this series

A short City Centre Stream close to Oxford Castle and several new developments of riverside apartments

The cache location gives an opportunity to see a former use of the Stream's power, and also to feed the ducks!

Parking nearby isn't easy, but this cache is a short stroll from the shops for those who feel the need for escape!! And when you've done this one there are others in the series that are not too far away!!

At times this area can be quite busy with pedestrians and there are a number of windows overlooking. The container is a nano camouflaged to blend in, hence the difficulty rating. It is however ideal for wheelchair users.
