Located in a residential neighborhood. The terrain is flat.
We were out walking in this area one afternoon when a car pulled up to ask for directions to the casino. Apparently someone told them to follow State Street which they did - and got lost. When we pointed them in the right direction we discovered why they were so lost - they though that Presque Isle Downs was located on Presque Isle! Hopefully they were luckier with their gambling than they were with their directions!
