L'abri sous roche préhistorique aurait été occupée par des chasseurs-cueilleurs du Paléolithique jusqu'au Néolithique (il y a donc 10 000 ans environ pour la période la plus proche).
Il a fait l'objet de fouilles dont une partie des objets et outils découverts est visible au musée archéologique de Montrozier.
La distance séparant le parking (POINT1) de la cache est d'environ 1600 mètres. Le terrain est plat et très peu accidenté.
La boîte contient les coordonnées de la cache "Roquemissou bonus".
ENGLISH :
The prehistoric rock shelter was occupied by hunter-gatherers of the Paleolithic until the Neolithic (so there are about 10 000 years for the closest period). A part of the objects and tools whose have been excavated are visible in the archaeological museum of Montrozier.
The distance between the car park (point1) and the cache is about 1600 meters. The terrain is flat.
The box contains the coordinates of the bonus cache "Roquemissou bonus".
