Base of operations: Qward (in the Antimatter Universe)
Created by Sinestro, to bring order to the Universe through the use of fear and force. Members are selected by the ability to "instill great fear". Recruits are sent to Qward for "psychological and physical training and reconditioning", a process which can best be described as brutal and sadistic torture. Grab a power gem, look deep within yourself, and go out and "Instill great fear!" WELCOME TO THE SINESTRO CORPS!!
