Geocache Description:

nano some where in the park.

Lincoln Park is the "in town" park. There's a war memorial honoring those residents who lost their lives protecting this great country.

The original name of the park was Market Square. The name was changed to honor Abraham Lincoln.

There are benches to sit and read, visit with a friend , have lunch or just watch the trains go by...

At one time there was a concrete rink for roller skating. In the winter it was flooded so the folks could ice skate. The rink is no longer there.

The park is the site of the annual "Hometown Celebration"
