OK. I'm cheating on this one, but I think it is justified.
Technically, the ponds are in Allen. However, they can really only
be seen from Rock Ridge Road! If you look to the West, you'll see
that their is a line of trees that block them from view along Angel
Parkway. Therefore, since Rock Ridge Road is the boundary between
Allen and Lucas, I'm claiming them on behalf of the fine city of
Lucas! If I had a city flag, I'd plant it and sing the City of
Lucas anthem (if we had one).
