You can walk right up to this cache, is geo-kid friendly. You can park within about 4-5 metres of this cache. Please bring a pen as I didnt have one to leave with the Cache !
Access : Cordeaux Dam is open 7 days a week, 10.00am to 4.30pm. (Closes 7.00pm weekends and Public Holidays during Daylight Saving Time.) Entrance is free
Updated Cache is now larger than it was.
We used to love coming here for family BBQs back in the 80s, was a great atmosphere, although the grounds and gardens arent like they once were, its still a lovely spot for a weekend BBQ with the family. Im suprised there are no Caches here yet, i was going to plant a couple more, but didnt have the equipment with me, and came to reminisce my child hood whilst nabbing a nearby cache.
This ones a nice easy drive-by on the way down to the dam wall. Use your geokids as cover when hunting for this one !
Note : No need to climb through the garden !
