Geocache Description:

By the hills of Budapest in a beautiful area there are many caves, and interesting palce to make a short walk. This cache next to the Pálvölgyi cave, which is open for public.

The cache is a regular size box. It is waiting for you at a bottom of a tree, covered by stones. Please be careful by a fence, and look out for a small childrens. (The sheer place is in 20 m).

Pálvölgyi cave
The longest cave in the Budai hills, and it is on a second place in Hungary, it is well of "cseppko", discovered at first in 1904. The cave is preserved strongly. The cave's vertical extension is 104m. 500m build up for visit, and contains some trials because of the level difference. Trips starts every hour.

Mátyás cave (Matthias cave)
The cave, with its new routes (in 2001 they found connection between Pálvölgyi and Mátyáshegyi cave) has already reached 18600m. The cave is closed for public, but many speleologist from Hungary practice theirs possibilities. The routes are complicated, but it is not difficult to take one's bearing for those who had made a trip inside many time.
